If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or made a purchase in error, please read our return policy thoroughly. After reading, please submit a request through the portal below to begin the return process.

Everest Standard Return Policy

Everest will accept return requests for eligible products in unused condition* within 14 days of the customer's receipt of goods.

A restocking fee of €‎20 per order will be deducted from all refunds. Please note, the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable. 

Eligible return requests made between 8 and 30 days (not to exceed 30 days) after customer receipt of goods may qualify for a refund in the form of store credit only.

Everest EU Holiday Return Policy 2024

We want everyone to enjoy an Everest gift this holiday season! In efforts to make the customer experience pleasant, happy, and friction free, we have extended our holiday return and exchange policy. Please read carefully below.

For orders placed between November 15, 2024 through December 25, 2024, Everest will accept returns, for a refund, for products in unused* condition until January 8, 2025. Restocking fees will still apply.

For orders placed between November 13, 2024 through December 25, 2024 Everest will accept exchanges for products in unused* condition until January 25, 2025. There are no restocking fees on exchange orders.

Return Process


Once your request has been submitted, return information will be provided to you. Please ensure the returned goods are packaged carefully to avoid damage during transit. Once returned items are processed by the return and exchange department, all refunds will automatically be posted to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days of the return and exchange departments receipt of returned goods. 

Damaged, worn, dirty, or otherwise unsellable products will be declined by the returns department and a refund will not be issued for any products not in unused condition.

Final Sale Items

Microfiber watch pouches, NATO and Single Pass straps, tool kits, Bergeon tools, cleaning cloths, and spring bar purchases are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or store credit.

*Return Shipping Labels will only be provided for residents of the USA. For returns or exchanges within other countries, the customer is responsible for all transit and shipping costs associated with the return.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange your purchase for something different, please read our exchange policy thoroughly. After reading, please submit a request through the portal below to begin the exchange process.

Everest Exchange Policy

Everest will accept exchange requests for eligible products within 30 days of the customer's receipt of goods. All eligible exchange products should be in clean, unused and unworn condition.

Exchange Process

Once your exchange request has been submitted, you will receive a shipping label* to send your exchange back to Everest. Please ensure the returned goods are packaged carefully to avoid damage during transit. Once exchanged items are processed by the return and exchange department, all new orders will automatically be shipped to you.

Everest will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled, or damaged during transit. The product must be in its original condition upon receipt to be accepted as an exchange. 

*Return Shipping Labels will only be provided for residents of the USA. For returns or exchanges within other countries, the customer is responsible for all transit and shipping costs associated with the return.

WARRANTY EXCHANGE

Everest offers a limited 2-year warranty on all rubber straps and a limited 1-year warranty on all leather straps and accessories. Warranty exchanges can only be requested as an exchange for the same product. Warranty exchanges cannot result in a refund of any kind. Warranty does not cover damage, misuse, accidents, loss, theft, normal wear and tear, or any watch part.
